According to the "Huawei Digital Energy" news, on December 23, the first model of the smart car brand AITO was released, the M5, equipped with Huawei's DriveONE power domain solution, front asynchronous and rear synchronous dual motor drive, so that the 100 km acceleration reached the level of 4 seconds.

Huawei said that DriveONE is currently installed in the mid-to-high-end models of more than a dozen mainstream car companies.

According to reports, Huawei's DriveONE full-stack power domain solution includes an electric drive system, an on-board integrated power supply and a battery management system, which includes core components such as motors, MCUs, PDUs, OBC, DC/DC, reducers, and AI BMS.

Huawei's DriveONE 3-in-1 electric drive adopts intelligent oil cooling technology with better results to achieve ultra-small size, ultra-light weight, ultra-long life, and excellent performance of the electric drive.

Compared with the industry's water-cooled motors, Huawei uses high-speed oil-cooled motors, and under the same power and torque, the volume and weight of the three-in-one electric drive can be reduced by 10%, and the immersion cooling of the motor rotor and stator can reduce the average peak temperature of the winding by 30 °C, and the peak temperature of the magnet can be reduced by 15 °C, and the life can be doubled.

Based on the thermal simulation results, for the parts prone to high temperature, the unique oil duct design of active spraying is adopted, the bearing & gear is actively lubricated, the bearing life is increased by 10%, the cooling effect of the high speed zone is better, the higher speed can be supported, and the excellent experience such as 0-100km/h acceleration can be continuously 20 times.

In addition, Huawei optimized the NVH for this drive system, and based on the simulation optimization results, optimized the design of gear shaping, shell optimization, electromagnetic force optimization and other directions for the noise generation source and transmission path, guided product development, and finally realized that the NVH was only 78db.

It is worth mentioning that Huawei's DriveONE vehicle charging system supports the external discharge function of 3.5kVA, and has a high-precision insulation inverter detection function, which can accurately identify the leakage current and alarm the interruption, effectively ensuring the safety of V2L/V2V power.

At present, the Q&I M5 equipped with Huawei DriveONE has been listed, and the fuel consumption under the WLTC working cycle of the new car is 0.8L/100km, the comprehensive cruising range will exceed 1000km, and the 100 km acceleration will be 4 seconds. Yu Chengdong said that "the performance exceeds that of many fuel vehicles, and also surpasses many electric vehicles."
