Fish head tofu soup, delicious and not fishy, suitable for all ages

Ingredients: grass carp head, tofu, green onion, dried chili pepper, pepper, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, cooking wine, chicken essence, rapeseed oil.

Procedure steps:

Step 1: Wash and cut the fish head into small pieces.

Step 2: Cut the ginger garlic and dried chili peppers.

Step 3: Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Step 4: Fry the fish head in a pan of hot oil.

Step 5: Lower ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, cooking wine.

Step 6: Add boiling water and bring to a boil.

Step 7: Add tofu and salt, cover and cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 8: Cook until the soup turns milky white and the tofu floats up and add some pepper.

Step 9: Chicken essence and green onion out of the pot
