Ingredients: 150g tenderloin, 200g bean sprouts, a small amount of leeks, a suitable amount of pesto black pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp of white vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp water, salt, water starch

Ingredients: 150 grams of sea bream fillet, 50 grams of yellow bell pepper, 50 grams of red bell pepper, 60 grams of onion, 3 garlic heads

Seasoning: 1/4 tsp black peppercorns, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 rosemary

1. Cut the yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and onion into small pieces, pat the garlic flat and set aside
