The Hefei Municipal Railway Transport Court sentenced Qin xxx to eight months' imprisonment and a fine of RMB 2,000 for the crime of producing and selling toxic and harmful food for the crime of producing and selling poisonous and harmful food. Sentenced Shen to eight months' imprisonment and fined RMB 1,500; Sentenced Yang Moushan to six months' imprisonment, suspended for one year, and fined 1,500 yuan; Yang Mouzhong was sentenced to six months' imprisonment, suspended for one year, and fined 1,500 yuan. At the same time, defendants Yang Mouzhong and Yang Moushan are prohibited from engaging in food production, sales and related activities during the probationary period of probation. Ordered defendants Qin X, Shen X and Yang X Zhong to jointly compensate for 10 times the sales price of toxic and harmful food, a compensation of RMB7,231.
