By May of that year, Deng Pufang, who had been identified as a "counter-revolutionary," had been imprisoned by the rebels somewhere outside the East Gate of Peking University for more than half a year.
The 24-year-old can't stand such torture and is determined to fight to the death.
When he left his suicide note and jumped down from the upper floor, his mind seemed to go back to more than twenty years ago.

And his name Park Fang, it was Liu Bocheng who rose according to the pronunciation of "fat".
Even if he died, he felt that he was not sorry for the two words "Park Fang".
In 1944, during the fire, Deng Pufang was born on a military journey. At that time, the civil war had entered a white-hot stage, and the combat tasks were arduous, but as long as there was time, Deng Xiaoping would still pick up this white and fat son and do his duty and joy as a father.

Although the rebels sent him to the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical College and then to the Peking University Hospital, they did not give him any effective treatment at all, except for leaving him alone in his hospital bed.

Finally, in June 1971, the central government agreed to send Deng Pufang to Jiangxi. Fate is uncertain, but he can finally be reunited with his parents.
However, there were only three parents and grandmothers in Jiangxi, and at that time, my grandmother was more than seventy years old, and even my father had reached the age of ancient rarity.
The three old men's own lives were already very difficult. Deng Pufang went to Jiangxi with a sick and disabled body, and the family's life will be even more torturous.

In the afternoon, his mother first boiled the bath water, and then the three of them carried him into the bathroom. The father began to silently scrub his son's body, after all, he was close to seventy years old, and often after scrubbing his son, Deng Xiaoping was tired and sweaty.

He was also the first to shout out the slogan of "humanitarianism" in the country. With the establishment of various institutions, Deng Pufang has served as the president of the China Disabled Persons' Federation since 1993.
For the next thirty years, Deng Pufang devoted all his energies to the cause of the disabled. In his view, doing what he can in a down-to-earth manner is exactly what he wants in his life.
The dream of a scientist died in that special era, but fate did not erase Deng Pufang's ideals and original intentions.
