Power and fuel consumption comparison

Many people on the Internet have questioned whether the range extender hybrid system for oil-fired power generation is "taking off the pants and putting on the P", but in fact, whether from the theoretical principle level analysis or from the actual fuel consumption performance, the extended range hybrid can indeed save fuel, especially in the low-speed working conditions in urban areas.

After testing, the three cars traveled 55km in Guangzhou, with an average speed of 30km/h, the apparent fuel consumption and the measured fuel consumption (the same fuel gun was used before and after the test to fill up, and the actual fuel consumption was obtained) were:

More importantly, it takes time to start testing the oil, the power of the ideal ONE is only 18%, which is basically the lowest power state that the system can achieve in daily driving, and the range extender will always be forced to start, and the meter display power is 20% at the end of the test. That is to say, usually the ideal ONE is driven as a fuel vehicle, only refueling and not charging, and its urban fuel consumption will be lower than that of BMW X3 and Mercedes-Benz GLC.

It can be seen that electric drive is simply a ruthless "dimensionality reduction blow" for the power performance, engine transmission matching perfection and fuel economy that traditional luxury brands are proud of.

In the chassis part, we used the blind test method, 3 colleagues experienced the co-driver riding experience of the three cars after voting, the result was that 2 people thought that the ideal ONE was the most comfortable, and 1 person thought that the BMW X3 was the most comfortable.

Of course, the impact of the ideal ONE's more comfortable seat cannot be ruled out, but this at least proves that the gap between the chassis comfort of the ideal ONE and the traditional luxury brand has narrowed to a range that is difficult for ordinary users to detect.
