The front of the RR sports car abandons the double headlight design used in street cars, the bullet fairing and single circular headlights are full of retro flavor, while the rear part of the car roughly continues the design of the street car, although it is a sports car, but there is no large area of side encirclement. This is the first upgraded Triumph Sport motorcycle equipped with a fairing since the Discontinued Daytona 955i was discontinued in 2006.

Ohlins' semi-active suspension is probably the most eye-catching configuration on the RR model, and the Smart EC 2.0 electronically adjustable semi-active suspension provided by Ohlins is not available in the street car version. The front and rear suspensions are fully adjustable, and the semi-active function continuously adjusts the compression and rebound damping to match the riding style, speed and acceleration, even during the ride.
