The overall structure of the body side is the standard SUV body frame, and the wheelbase is increased by 50mm compared to the Ranger, which can lead to better rear seating space. The wheel hub size is further increased, and the tire flat ratio is reduced, which is full of momentum.
However, there are not many highlights in the rear of the car, and the overall feeling of being solid, the tail lights use a transparent shell style, and the bottom is set off by black trim.
In the interior part, the new Everest will be different from the Ranger, mainly concentrated in the central control area. Everest uses a shift knob, while the Ranger is the traditional electronic gear lever. The center control screen size of the reference Ranger is 12 inches and is equipped with the SYNC 4 system.
In terms of power, the new Everest will continue to supply diesel engines, and upgraded from the original inline 5-cylinder 2.5L to 3.0T V6, which has a maximum power of 250Ps on the Ford F-150 and a torque of 597N·m.

There is also a 2.0T EcoBlue diesel engine, which may have a maximum horsepower of 210Ps and a torque of 500N·m.
The new Everest will also launch a plug-in hybrid version for the first time, but it is not known whether it will be available with a 3.0T V6 gasoline engine. The drivetrain will be matched with a 6-speed manual and 10AT transmission, with rear-drive and full-time four-wheel drive options available.
The new domestic version of Everest is expected to continue to be equipped with a 2.3T EcoBoost engine, with a maximum power of 275Ps and a torque of 455N·m.
