From February 20th to March 2nd, the "Xiangqing Xiangyun - Fu Zhenxin Painting Art Exhibition" sponsored by the Hunan Provincial Artists Association will be exhibited at the National Art Museum of China.

"Fixed Relatives Umbrella", Fu Zhenxin, Created in: 90s, 68×70cm, modern heavy color painting

With the theme of "Xiangqing Xiang rhyme", the exhibition exhibits about 60 works by Fu Zhenxin that absorb the essence of Hunan Tantou New Year paintings and Xiangchu art, reflecting the historical evolution and customs of Huxiang, as well as related creative tools and documents.

Fu Zhenxin, a member of the China Artists Association, was the chairman of the Shaoyang Artists Association, the president of the Tantou New Year Painting Research Association, the president of the Capital Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, and the consultant of the Comprehensive Material Painting Art Committee of the China Artists Association. His works were selected for the 4th, 6th, 7th, 9th National Art Exhibitions and the 11th Asian Games Art Exhibition. He has won the Gold Medal Award of Hunan Provincial Art Exhibition, the Gold Medal of the National Book Collection Ticket, the National "Lu Xun Printmaking Award", and won the Grand Prize of the First International Printmaking Biennale in the Netherlands in 1993 with 12 Chinese artists such as printmaker Yang Keyang.

Fu Zhenxin has long been rooted in the countryside of Hunan, engaged in the research and creation of Chinese painting and printmaking, and has a special love for the inheritance and innovation of Huxiang culture, especially the folk woodblock prints and Huayao culture in Tantou. His works integrate national traditions, folk art and modern modeling consciousness into one, forming his own unique artistic style.
