2. Documentation process
1) The first registration, the obstetric number, the ordinary number or the special number, and make an appointment for B ultrasound. Release number at 7:00 a.m. Pregnant mothers of ordinary numbers need to make an appointment for B ultrasound in advance, and pregnant mothers with special needs numbers can do B ultrasound on the same day.
2) Find a doctor to prescribe a checklist, such as electrocardiogram, hematuria or sensory screening
3) Handle the mother and child health file manual.
4) Do B ultrasound (yin ultrasound, no need to hold urine) examination according to the appointment date, and the fetal buds with fetal heart can be archived
5) Listen to pregnant women's lessons and stamp them.
6) In the 12th week, bring the NT B super single, the lecture certificate (stamped), the documentation instruction sheet (signed by the doctor), the ID card, and the medical card to file at the filing office.
3. Precautions for filing
1) Peking University women and children cancelled the appointment to file this year and the filing is not limited to the gestational week, as long as there is a quota for filing during the expected date, B ultrasound can hang the obstetric number after seeing the fetal heart and fetal buds.
2) Whether it is special needs or ordinary, it is archived at the first floor of the special needs clinic.
3) It is necessary to make an appointment for B ultrasound in advance to file, and the pregnant mother of the special need number does not need to make an appointment in advance in principle, and the priority is given to the pregnant mother of the special need number to do color ultrasound.
4) Six routine examinations of hematuria are issued after hanging obstetrics, and the establishment of ordinary files requires 7 weeks of pregnancy to be issued, and the special files require 12 weeks of pregnancy!
5) Filing time: Monday to Friday 8:00-11:30; 13:00-16:30
6) The B ultrasound can be from other tertiary hospitals, but the blood test form needs to be in this hospital.
4. About filing and registration
1) Pregnant mothers who hang up an ordinary number need to register themselves each time, but they can choose an ordinary number or an expert number every time;
2) The pregnant mother of the special need file only needs to register for the first time, and the follow-up doctor will help the pregnant mother make an appointment by herself, and each registration will default to the expert number and cannot be changed.
5. The difference between ordinary archiving and special archiving
The number of ordinary files is relatively tight, and the special needs files are relatively abundant. There are differences between ordinary and special needs files in terms of visiting doctors, outpatient clinics, whether ultrasound B ultrasound needs to be booked and prioritized, outpatient fees, and postpartum rooms.
Cost: The registration fee of the general outpatient clinic is 50 to 100 yuan, and the registration fee of the special outpatient clinic is 200 to 500 yuan, and the subsequent expenses cannot be reimbursed by medical insurance.
B ultrasound: the ordinary number needs to be booked in advance, the special number does not need to be booked in advance, and the priority is given to the special needs pregnant mother, and the pregnant mother of the non-special number needs needs to wait for all the pregnant women who are treated on the same day to undergo a color ultrasound examination.
Note: It is specially stipulated that pregnant mothers who are more than 11 weeks pregnant need to be triaged and queued, and the pregnant woman needs to queue up herself.
Visiting doctors: Most of the pregnant mothers of the ordinary number are general doctors, and there are also some experts, and the hospitals with special needs numbers are all experts.
Ward: Pregnant mothers with special needs can give priority to applying for a single room to be delivered, and can be accompanied by family members.

Special needs files in the new building, relatively few people, basically can sit and wait for the call.
Ordinary stalls in the old building, relatively many people, more crowded, there are temporary seats for pregnant mothers to rest.
6. Hospital treatment environment

There is pain during the day on weekdays, and an anesthesiologist on duty on weekends and nights, but the anesthesiologist cannot be painless if there is surgery or the delivery bed is not available. In addition, when entering the delivery room, you should tell the nurse in advance that the opening of the uterine opening can be painless.
About the production environment
1) Waiting room: The delivery room is divided into 6 rooms and single rooms, of which 6 family members cannot accompany the delivery, and the single room can be delivered at a cost of 600 yuan. Expectant mothers with special needs files are given priority.
2) Postpartum ward: The postpartum ward is divided into a general ward and a special needs ward, of which the general ward is on the 5th floor and is a double room. There are single rooms and double rooms in the special needs ward, of which the special needs single room costs about 1000 yuan per day.
3) Postpartum accompaniment: The postpartum ward can have a family member to accompany the nursing staff, and the hospital nurse can be asked to accompany the nursing staff for 300 yuan / day, accounting for the family member quota, and the nursing staff cannot accompany the family.
4) Maternity package: There are two kinds of maternity bags for Peking University women and children, of which the baby birth package is mandatory to purchase, about 60 yuan, including a quilt, a fetal hat, and a bath towel.
5) Maternity package: voluntary purchase, about 400 yuan, including 2 monk clothes, 2 short-sleeved sleeping bags, 1 baby hat, 1 square thin scarf, 1 thick quilt, 1 mattress, 1 cotton soft towel, 1 bath towel, and 2 feeding clothes.
6) Birth certificate: Within two months of the baby's birth, the mother needs to bring the identity cards of both husband and wife to the hospital in person.
