The judge stressed that violent injury to medical treatment is an illegal act, which has seriously threatened the personal safety and legitimate rights and interests of hospital staff and seriously disrupted medical public order.
In this case, defendant Zhang X deliberately injured the body of another person, causing serious injury to a person, and his conduct constituted the crime of intentional injury. The court also found that Mr. Zhang was a repeat offender and should be given a heavier punishment. However, Zhang Mouyi's truthful confession of his crime after his arrest was a confession and should be given a lenient punishment, so the above judgment was made.
