37 imported cases (18 cases in Guangdong, 9 cases in Shanghai, 5 cases in Guangxi, 2 cases in Fujian, 1 case in Beijing, 1 case in Tianjin, 1 case in Sichuan), including 4 cases from asymptomatic infected people to confirmed cases (1 case in Beijing, 1 case in Guangdong, 1 case in Guangxi, 1 case in Sichuan);

There were 73 indigenous cases (72 in Guangxi, all in Baise City; 1 in Liaoning, in Huludao City), including 2 cases converted from asymptomatic infected people to confirmed cases (all in Guangxi).

There were no new deaths on that day. There were no new suspected cases.

On the same day, 88 new cured and discharged cases were cured and discharged, 2975 close contacts were released from medical observation, and the number of severe cases decreased by 1 case compared with the previous day.

A total of 34,494 confirmed cases were reported from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, there were 15,176 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (13,315 cases discharged from hospital, 213 deaths), 79 cases in Macao Special Administrative Region (79 cases discharged from hospital), and 19,239 cases in Taiwan Region (13,742 cases discharged from hospital, 851 deaths).

There were 72 new locally confirmed cases in Guangxi

According to the Guangxi Health Commission, at 0-24:00 on February 8, there were 72 new locally confirmed cases in Guangxi (2 of which were transferred from asymptomatic infected people to confirmed cases). There are currently 180 locally confirmed cases and 2 local asymptomatic infected people.

On the same day, there were 5 new imported confirmed cases (1 case was transferred from an asymptomatic infected person to a confirmed case) and 4 cases of asymptomatic infected person imported from abroad. 6 confirmed cases imported from overseas were cured and discharged from hospital. At present, there are 96 confirmed cases imported from abroad and 158 asymptomatic infected people imported from abroad.

On the same day, 332 new close contacts were added, 18 close contacts were released from medical observation, and 1129 close contacts were existing.

The district has reported a total of 903 confirmed cases, 625 cases of cured and discharged hospitals, 2 deaths, and 276 confirmed cases.

There were zero new cases in Beijing

According to the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, from 0:00 to 24:00 on February 8, there were no new locally confirmed cases, suspected cases and asymptomatic infected people in Beijing; there was 1 new imported confirmed case and 4 asymptomatic infected people, and there were no new suspected cases. 8 cases were cured and discharged from hospital.

Confirmed case: Chinese nationality, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Turkey on February 3, customs after health screening and nucleic acid testing, sent to the centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management, and diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person on February 5. Due to cough and sputum coughing symptoms, he was transferred to a designated hospital on February 7, and based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging tests, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on February 8, and the clinical classification was ordinary type.

Epidemiological investigations have been carried out on confirmed cases and control measures have been implemented as required.

The risk of 3 places in Beijing has been downgraded

According to the State Council client Mini Program news, as of 0:00 on February 9, the risk level of the epidemic in many places in Beijing was adjusted: Building 4, Anzhenli District, Anzhenli Community, Chaoyang District, was adjusted from a high-risk area to a medium-risk area; the First District of Yipengyuan and Wanliu Xiyuan Community of Yuquanying Street, Fengtai District, were adjusted from medium-risk areas to low-risk areas.
