The appearance of the new Outlander has been greatly changed compared to the current model, and the front face of the new car adopts the popular split light group, which is more recognizable than the current model; the honeycomb closed air intake grille brings stronger visual impact. The side C-pillar is blackened to create a déjà vu of the suspended roof, with a sharp waistline extending all the way to the taillights. In terms of interior, the new Outlander adopts a penetrating air outlet, with a 12.3-inch full LCD dashboard, a 9-inch suspended central control screen and an electronic barrier, and provides three rows of seats, presenting a simple and stylish visual experience as a whole. In terms of vehicle size, the new Outlander overseas version of the length, width and height are 4680× 1860×1747mm, wheelbase is 2705mm, wider than the current model, the length is slightly reduced compared with the current model.
Although the new car is built on the same platform as Nissan's new X-Trail, it is not equipped with the new X-Trail's 1.5T three-cylinder engine, but is equipped with a 1.5T four-cylinder engine code-named 4B40 with mitsubishi Yige, and the power is lower than the current 2.4L, but its peak torque has been improved, or it will bring better acceleration.
