Dongfeng Nissan announced its latest sales data, and its Japanese product brand sales in April were 53,158 units, down 11.4% month-on-month and 44.6% year-on-year, and the cumulative sales volume from January to April was 268,979 units, down 27.1% year-on-year. Nissan's seventh-generation Tianlai ALTIMA sold 9,722 units in April, and cumulative sales from January to April were 50,408 units, up 5% year-on-year.
At present, Dongfeng Nissan has 12 models on sale, such as Xuanyi, BlueBird, Qashqai and Qijun, covering several major areas such as cars, SUVs and new energy vehicles. Sales of the Xuanyi series in the car segment were 26,122 units in April, down 13.6% month-on-month and 43% year-on-year. In the SUV segment, Qashqai sold 8,654 units.
In terms of new products, the new Tianlai will be listed in November this year, the interior is equipped with the same central control screen of QiJun, and the halogen light source taillights that were previously complained about by the owner have finally been replaced by LED styles, the shape is similar to bmw X3, providing 2.0L and 2.0T two power specifications, and the transmission system matches the CVT gearbox. It is expected that the price of new cars may be increased, and it will continue to compete with mainstream joint venture B-class cars such as Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, and Volkswagen Magotan in the future.
