Recently saw a classic legal case, I want to share it with you.
A man and a woman who are 20 years apart, after 22 days of flash marriage, the bride suddenly runs away from home.
In a fit of rage, the man sued through the court for a dowry and gifted property, worth 1.5 million.
In fact, when the two were just in love, the man sued the woman because of an economic dispute of 800,000 yuan.
It is said that once bitten by a snake, ten years afraid of the well rope, what happened after this, in the end is to say that the man is good at cheating, or the woman's means are clever?
In 2014, Mr. Li met Xiaohui, who is 20 years younger than himself, through blind dates.
The two saw each other as they were, felt good about each other, and soon became acquainted.
In January 2016, in order to express his sincerity in marriage, Mr. Li gave Xiaohui 800,000 yuan.
But what I didn't expect was that Xiaohui, who got 800,000 yuan, quickly disappeared into Mr. Li's world.
At that time, Mr. Li thought to himself, things are not good, and he designated that he was deceived into marriage.
Therefore, he did not delay for a moment, immediately filed a lawsuit with the court, and successfully returned the 800,000.
I thought that the days would pass calmly as usual, but in April 2017, Xiaohui suddenly took the initiative to contact Mr. Li.
After the two reunited, Mr. Li found that the other party was full of sincerity and did come with a heart that wanted to get married.
He put aside his previous suspicions about Xiaohui and decided to meet with the parents of both sides and discuss the marriage.
Marriage, seeing the parents, is equivalent to eating a reassuring pill.
Xiaohui's parents are very satisfied with him, but the only worry is that after their daughter marries away, she will leave the arms of her family and suffer hardships.

In August 2017, Mr. Li reported the matter to the public security organs in the name of suspected fraud.
After the investigation of the public security organs, Xiaohui had improper relations with many men during the period when the two were in love, and even after marriage, she had close ties with them.
Therefore, in July 2019, the Zhuhai District People's Court of Guangzhou City accepted the case and ruled:
The two formally dissolved their marriage, and Xiaohui needed to return the 1.5 million yuan that Mr. Li had given to her parents, as well as the 550,000 yuan for the car.
So what is the basis for the judgment in this case?
At the beginning, Mr. Li gave Xiaohui's parents 1.5 million yuan, which was a bride price.
Under the provisions of the Marriage Act, the man requests the return of the dowry paid in accordance with custom and, if ascertained, the woman shall return it.
At the same time, the marriage lasted only 22 days, and Xiaohui offered to separate, without expressing a clear willingness to live together.
And Xiaohui's private life is chaotic, and there are ambiguous relationships with many opposite sexes, which is not in line with the fact of objective marriage.
As for whether Xiaohui is a fraudulent marriage, this does not give a precise interpretation.
But even if her actions do not constitute a fraudulent marriage, the purpose of marriage is not pure.
Therefore, regardless of men and women, do not use marriage as an opportunity to make money, and the last pit will only be themselves.
It reminds me of two ladies I know who have had similar experiences.

After the two knew each other for half a year, Peony proposed the face base, but the other party always refused to meet on the grounds that they were busy at work.
At the time, I reminded her that this kind of man who only promises you online is either a liar or a scumbag, and he is unreliable.
But at that time, Peony had already fallen into the trap of the other party and could not extricate himself, where could he listen to persuasion?
Later, the so-called small fresh meat suddenly disappeared for three months, and when Peony contacted him again, he learned that he had failed to start a business and was deceived by hundreds of thousands.

He said to Peony, "If it weren't for the loss of money this time, I would have planned to fly to your city and marry you with a license." ”
Hearing this, Peony couldn't sit still.
In order to meet as soon as possible, she paid out of her own pocket and took out more than 200,000 yuan to "pay off the debt" to the other party.
Even, in successive months, Peony has successively transferred money and issued red envelopes to the other party, and the amount has reached more than 60,000.
Maybe the crook was tired of playing, and one day, he suddenly blacked out the peony.
Later, she learned that the other party was not a small fresh meat with enterprising and self-motivation, but just a greasy uncle who had been cheating for many years.
This incident made Peony have been grumpy, and until now she still can't believe in men.
Many people say that women should learn to be smart, guard against men, and avoid being deceived.
But what I'm trying to say is that just because a woman is cheated doesn't mean she's stupid.
Moreover, now the deception of the liar has long been upgraded, unless you have a strong defensiveness against people, otherwise if you do not completely fall into the trap, you will fall on the edge of the cliff.

The second thing is to tell the people around you and ask for help.
Many women, after being deceived, are afraid to tell their relatives or friends because of their face.

Remember, there is no shame in being deceived, and those who deceive are bound to be morally condemned and socially condemned.
