Microsoft Win11 New Blur Effect Exposure: Named Tabbed

IT House news on January 2, according to the new SDK of Windows 11 Build 22523, Microsoft is developing a new blur effect for Windows 11.

Twitter user StartisBack first discovered it, the effect is called Tabbed, and it's a complement to Acrylic and Mica, and we can see the effect from the examples below.

As can be seen from the example, Tabbed seems to be the most ambiguous of the three effects, and the specific use of the effect will not be known until Microsoft officially launches.

In addition, Microsoft seems to be working to bring Mica to more legacy applications, and the latest Insider version also supports MicaBackdropInApplicationFrameHostTitlebar.
