Just when everything was moving in a good direction, Google suddenly announced a new rule: as long as it is published on Google Play, it is not allowed to use the SDK from Huawei's HMS, and if it is used, it will be removed within 120 days. Obviously, this is a naked target by Google, and it is also a manifestation of fear of the Hongmeng 0S operating system.
However, this new regulation also reflects two problems: first, Huawei Hongmeng OS is not an Android case, nor is there a suspicion of plagiarism from Google, otherwise Google can completely take intellectual property rights to protect its own interests, why bother; second, Huawei Hongmeng OS and HMS services are more attractive to developers than the Google ecosystem, otherwise Google will not prohibit the use of SDKs from Huawei HMS for applications released on Google Play.
In fact, this set of roads is the same as the US company banning Huawei from using 5G chips. If Google's new regulations are implemented, it means that the ecosystem of Huawei's Hongmeng OS will be affected to a certain extent, and what countermeasures Huawei should take, which requires our continuous attention.
