On the morning of December 15, the Party Committee of the Sichuan Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China, in conjunction with the Bank and Enterprises of the New Hope Sixth And Party Committees, and the Joint Construction of Party Building, went into the townships and counties of Ganzi Prefecture to carry out the Warm Winter Action, sending warm winter materials and Party care to students and villagers. At the donation ceremony, Liu Hongyan, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the Sichuan Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China, donated 50,000 yuan of relief funds to the poor students of the Nice Boarding System in Shambhala Town, and donated 50,000 yuan worth of TEACHING LED screens to Chengguan Primary School. Grain, oil and other daily necessities worth 17,000 yuan were distributed to the villagers of Gangse Village, Shambhala Town, and a child suffering from uremia and a disabled person in Gangse Village donated 11,200 yuan and 3,000 yuan in cash respectively.

On behalf of the county party committee and government, Nima Xiri, deputy secretary of the county party committee and acting county governor, thanked the Sichuan Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China for its help and support for the revitalization and development of the rural areas and counties in the townships and counties, and hoped that the Sichuan Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China would have a long-term friendship with the townships and counties, and further strengthen its assistance to the industrial development, cultural tourism, and rural revitalization of the townships and counties.
