Parents have high hopes for this smart child, Li Shuoxun has not lived up to his parents' expectations, at the age of fifteen, Li Shuoxun was admitted to the county middle school and began to receive a new type of education.
This was a turning point in Li Shuoxun's life, after being exposed to a large number of progressive and emancipated ideas, Li Shuoxun was no longer willing to settle for the status quo, what he thought in his heart was the home country and the world, China was poor and weak at that time, and the three mountains were pressing on the shoulders of the people.
But which path is the way to save China? Li Shuoxun has successively contacted many democratic parties, but the lines of these parties have made Li Shuoxun feel inappropriate. Until he met the proletarian revolutionary Mr. Wu Yuzhang by chance and learned about Marxism. Li Shuoxun was like an inspiration, he began to absorb communist ideas continuously, and secretly organized the Communist Youth League at the school, becoming a famous young revolutionary in the local area.
After another five years, the twenty-year-old Li Shuoxun came to Shanghai to study, where Li Shuoxun became acquainted with Qu Qiubai and others who were active in Shanghai at the time, and Li Shuoxun's ability was affirmed by Qu Qiubai, and under Qu Qiubai's introduction, Li Shuoxun officially became a Communist Party member.

Li Shuoxun joined the party in 1924, when our party had just been established a few years ago, Li Shuoxun can be said to be one of the early leaders of our party, Li Shuoxun joined the party a few months ago, a major event occurred in Shanghai, in the spring of 1925, several cotton mill owners in Shanghai suddenly united to say that they wanted to close the factory, on the grounds that the yarn factory was tightly funded and could not make ends meet.
But the real reason is that the capitalists do not want to pay the wages of the workers as agreed, and seeing that the workers have carried out several organized strikes under the leadership of our Party, the capitalists are in a hurry, and in order to hinder the workers' action for their rights, they simply close the factories and intend to hang the workers for a few months, and when the workers cannot get paid and the goods cannot be bought on the market, the people will naturally compromise. When the workers discovered the boss's plot, they gathered at the entrance of the factory to protest, but they did not expect that the black-hearted businessmen directly colluded with the military police to shoot and beat the workers, causing tragic casualties.
Of course, such conspiracies and tricks could not be allowed to develop, and the Party organizations immediately decided to mobilize the forces of the masses throughout the country, especially the masses in Shanghai, to fight back against the capitalists to a greater extent. Among them, Li Shuoxun undertook a very important task, when he was still studying at Shanghai University, he was responsible for organizing the whole of Shanghai's progressive students to march on the streets and expose the crimes of the enemy. It's not an easy job, so thousands of students pour into the streets, how to act, how to evacuate, how to achieve the maximum effect at the least cost, and how to get everyone to work together, these are the problems that organizers need to think about.
The 22-year-old Li Shuoxun showed the qualities of an excellent party member, he only took a short day to set up a temporary action responsible group, and informed the student organizations of the day's action to the major campuses, on the day of the start of the action, Li Shuoxun personally led the student representatives from Shanghai University, holding aloft banners writing the enemy's crimes, shouting slogans in his hands, causing a sensation in the city, this operation was a great success, but also fully proved that the young Li Shuoxun has the ability to stand alone. Since then, Li Shuoxun has become one of the most relied young cadres of the party organization.
Li Shuoxun was a rare genius, he was not only handy in political work, but also did not lose the way in leading troops, he once followed the Northern Expedition of the National Revolutionary Army, and also participated in the command of the Nanchang Uprising. At that time, Li Shuoxun was full of vigor and was called the first talent in the party.

It is conceivable that if Li Shuoxun could live longer, his achievements would definitely not stop there, but misfortune suddenly came. In 1931, Li Shuoxun, who was serving as the Jiangnan Provincial Party Committee, received an order from the organization to go to the central base area and serve as the political commissar of the Red Seventh Front.
In August, Li Shuoxun and several comrades arrived in Haikou, and they were very careful along the way to avoid the enemy's search, but Li Shuoxun did not expect that there was a traitor lurking around him. As soon as Li Shuoxun arrived at Haikou, the news was known to the enemy, and the enemy was overjoyed; they knew that Li Shuoxun had a very high status in the party, so the enemy sent heavy troops to surround Li Shuoxun's residence and took Li Shuoxun back to prison.
The enemy wanted to find out more of the secrets of the party organization from Li Shuoxun's mouth, and they tortured Li Shuoxun to death, torturing Li Shuoxun to death, but no matter how much the enemy threatened and seduced, Li Shuoxun vowed not to utter a word. After a month of interrogation, the enemy did not interrogate anything, and they felt that Li Shuoxun had lost his value and should be killed.
On September 16, 1931, Li Shuoxun was escorted to the execution ground by the enemy, because of the cruel torture, Li Shuoxun's legs were unable to walk, the enemy used a large bamboo basket to carry him to the execution site, the enemy threatened Li Shuoxun before he started to move, let him quickly submit to softness, and there was a chance to live, and Li Shuoxun faced such a "temptation", shook his head firmly, and calmly chose to sacrifice for faith and for the motherland, this year, Li Shuoxun was 28 years old.
After Li Shuoxun's sacrifice, his wife Zhao Juntao was deeply sad, but as a revolutionary, Zhao Juntao understood her husband's choice, and after Li Shuoxun's sacrifice, Zhao Juntao still firmly remained in the party organization to continue working, hoping to complete her husband's unfinished business and raise their sons wholeheartedly.
During this period, many people persuaded Zhao Juntao to remarry, but Zhao Juntao refused, no one did not want to pursue happiness, but how many people in the world can compare with Li Shuoxun? In the long thoughts, Zhao Juntao spent 54 years of widowhood.
