Osmanthus cold cake preparation

Ingredients to prepare:
Glutinous rice 100 g. White sugar 30 g, raisins, dates, osmanthus sugar or honey, lard 15 g.
Procedure steps:
1, soak 100 grams of glutinous rice the night before, the water should be higher than the glutinous rice.
2: Wash the soaked glutinous rice, then pour in cold water and raise the glutinous rice. Place in a pot and steam for about 40 minutes until the glutinous rice is completely soft and sticky.
3: Steam well, remove and add sugar, honey and lard while hot, stir well.
4, take a mold, brush a layer of oil, or pad plastic wrap, first lay a layer of glutinous rice compaction, and then put in raisins, dates, compaction.
5: Lay another layer of glutinous rice compaction, and then seal it and refrigerate it for about 4 hours.
6. After refrigerating until it is set, take out and drizzle with osmanthus nectar and eat it.
