Recently, the announcement on the transfer of the right to use state-owned construction land in Shanghai (Hu Xue Zi [2024] No. 040) was released, and the two plots are from Qingpu District.
The two plots to be listed for sale in Qingpu District this time belong to Xujing Town and Jinze Town at the east and west ends of Qingpu Mountain. They are plots 25-07 on the east side of Panlong Road in West Hongqiao, plots 01-02-01, 01-03-01, 01-03-05, 01-04-01 in the living room of Jinze Town, and 01-02-09 public green space, and the underground space of Planning 30th Road.
