In order to give full play to the role of insurance institutions in accident compensation and accident prevention, recently, the Office of the Municipal Safety Committee organized the city's insurance institutions to hold a special meeting on production safety liability insurance, convey and learn the spirit of the Ministry of Emergency Management's work conference on production safety liability insurance, interpret the requirements for accident prevention services of production safety liability insurance, and deploy various tasks of production safety liability insurance. The leaders in charge of the city's insurance institutions, the responsible comrades of the business and the responsible comrades of the Policy and Regulation Department of the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and the Emergency Management Affairs Center attended the meeting.
The meeting required that all insurance institutions in the city should take the "Tianjin Three-year Action Plan for Tackling the Root Causes of Work Safety (2024-2026)" as the starting point to improve the ability and level of service insured enterprises and ensure that safety production liability insurance plays its due role. First, it is necessary to highlight the accident prevention function, carry out accident prevention technical services in strict accordance with the "Safety Production Liability Insurance Accident Prevention Technical Service Specifications", and promote the insured enterprises to improve their safety and security capabilities. Second, it is necessary to do a good job in the networking of the safety production liability insurance information management system, upload the insurance documents and accident prevention service materials in a timely manner, and realize online monitoring. Third, it is necessary to improve the "tripartite cooperation" mechanism of insured enterprises, insurance institutions, and third-party institutions, jointly participate in the socialized governance of safety production, and continuously improve the level of urban intrinsic safety.
