During the inspection, the community food coordinator focused on the inspection of the restaurants and food business units in the jurisdiction, and also checked the registration of raw material ledgers, the disinfection and cleaning of tableware, the publicity of "two certificates and one license", and whether there was any over-scope operation. For haberdashery stores and restaurants that do not meet the requirements, rectification opinions are put forward. At the same time, the "Food Safety Law" is publicized for these catering and food operators, so as to strengthen their food safety responsibilities, improve their food safety awareness, and enrich their food safety knowledge.
This inspection not only implemented the safety responsibility of the merchants, but also strengthened the security awareness of the merchants.
