In order to continue to strengthen the investigation and rectification of food safety risks and hidden dangers in childcare institutions, and effectively protect the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of children, recently, the Ganzhou District Health Bureau and the Market Supervision Bureau carried out special food safety inspections on the registered childcare institutions in the jurisdiction.
The inspection team focused on the food procurement, production and processing, sample retention, sanitation and cleaning of the processing area, dining links, cleaning and disinfection of dining utensils, health management of employees, and the request for certificates and tickets. At the same time, law enforcement personnel conducted on-site explanations and training on the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Food Safety Operation Specifications for Catering Services" and vector biological control, requiring childcare institutions to earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of food safety and solidly implement the food safety management system of daily control, weekly inspection and monthly scheduling. In view of the risks and hidden dangers found, childcare institutions are required to take the problem as the starting point, establish a ledger, sell the number one by one, form a governance report, ensure that there are measures and results, and continuously improve the food safety management level of the childcare institutions themselves.
In the next step, the bureau will take the special food inspection as the starting point, always pay attention to the food safety of childcare institutions, continuously enhance the awareness of safety precautions through publicity and inspection, effectively improve the management level and service quality of childcare institutions, and effectively provide a high-quality and safe growth and living environment for the physical and mental health of infants and young children under the age of 3.
