In order to further advance the normalization of the struggle to eliminate organized crime and vice, to further strengthen the publicity and implementation of the "Anti-Organized Crime Law", to truly increase minors' concept of the rule of law, to consciously abide by the law, and to protect themselves, and to enhance their ability to prevent themselves, the Qingyuan City Qingcheng District Leading Group for the Fight against Organized Crime and Vice, together with the Political and Legal Committee of the Qingcheng District Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Qingcheng District Education Bureau of Qingyuan City, organized and carried out the 2024 Qingcheng District "Gathering Efforts to Eliminate Organized Crime and Prevent Student Bullying" rule of law education and publicity activities in primary and secondary schools throughout the district. The activity is based on the school, and by mobilizing all students to deeply participate in the legal education publicity and creation activities with rich content and various forms around the themes of "sweeping away gangsters and eliminating evil", "preventing student bullying", and "preventing juvenile crime", effectively forming a situation in which "there are activities in schools and everyone participates".

After the primary selection in the school and the second selection in the district, 14 outstanding legal publicity video works and 11 excellent legal publicity speech works were selected from the many works created by students in the district. Among them, 6 outstanding works that won the first prize were performed publicly. In addition, the exhibition and performance activities were also interspersed with the promotion of the rule of law, the display of the tactics of the War Dragon Commando, and the prevention of student bullying, anti-fraud, anti-drug and other theme performances, vividly and multi-dimensionally to carry out legal popularization propaganda to minors. The promotional film "Sweeping Gangsters and Evils, Protecting You and Growing Strong, Sweeping Gangsters and Eliminating Evils has been on the way" specially customized for this event by the Qingcheng District Anti-Crime and Evil Eradication Office premiered at the exhibition site.

Outside the exhibition venue, the organizers set up publicity booths for the distribution of publicity materials and face-to-face promotion of law popularization to students, and also displayed various drug models, and professional staff explained the toxic hazards.
