Recently, the Central School of Sangesi Town, Longhui County, held a number of mental health education lectures with the theme of "Embracing Adolescence and Building Dreams Forward" for two consecutive days, aiming to enhance students' mental health awareness and help them actively cope with the challenges and confusions of adolescence.
On May 14, the lecture was first launched in Sangesi Town Middle School. Teacher Luo Qingxiu, a senior mental health education expert, gave an in-depth lecture on the three core topics of "babies love themselves, babies love others, and learning is not difficult". Through vivid cases, she analyzed in detail the interpersonal problems and their causes that students often encounter in their studies and lives, and put forward practical solutions to them. Ms. Luo's explanation made the students deeply understand the key role of mental health in personal growth.
On May 15, the lecture ushered in the climax. Teacher Yu Zhijiang, a national senior psychological supervisor, was invited to bring a wonderful mental health education class to the students. With her rich experience and professional knowledge, Ms. Yu presented a lecture with both theoretical depth and practical significance in terms of interpersonal relationship and learning, emotional and stress management, and improving learning efficiency. He analyzed in detail the negative emotions in interpersonal relationships, the sources of learning pressure and their relationship with learning, and provided practical psychological adjustment methods to help students build a strong inner world, effectively manage emotions, and improve learning efficiency.
Mr. Yu's lecture style was humorous and the language was easy to understand, which won the applause of the students present.
