On the afternoon of May 18, sponsored by the Zhangjiakou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, the 14th China Tourism Day - "Telling of Love" theme poetry meeting hosted by the Zhangjiakou Exhibition Hall and the Zhangjiakou Recitation Art Alliance was held in the Municipal Exhibition Hall.
The lovers who participated in this poetry meeting included teachers with many years of experience in recitation, as well as lively and lovely primary school students. At the event, the reciters brought works of various styles and forms to the audience, including "China, I am proud of you" full of patriotic feelings, and "May in the Mountain City", which praised the scenery of their hometown; There are both "I Want to Write a Letter to Mother", which praises the greatness of mother's love, and "To the Oak Tree", which praises the steadfastness of love; There are not only "Song of the People's Workers" that expresses the strength of the working class, but also "Confession of the Four Seasons", which shows the innocence and childlike playfulness of childhood. The well-known poetry works made the audience deeply affected and responded with warm applause many times.
Focusing on the theme of showing the beauty of the hometown and promoting patriotism, this poetry meeting praised the magnificent struggle of the Communist Party of China in the past century, recited the infinite charm of the great rivers and mountains, expressed the fighting spirit of the sons and daughters of Yan Zhao, expressed the unremitting pursuit of truth, goodness and beauty by art lovers, and brought a poetry recital full of artistic appeal and positive energy to the audience.
