Liu Wenyan, a cadre of Zhangjiakou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, was successively awarded the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member of the Autonomous Prefecture" by the Party Committee of Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, and was awarded the honorary title of "2022-2023 Model Individual of National Unity and Progress in Heshuo County" by the Heshuo County Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People's Government of Heshuo County.
In 2021, Comrade Liu Wenyan responded to the call to aid Xinjiang to come to Heshuo County, Xinjiang, and served as the deputy director of the Sports Office of the Heshuo County Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism, responsible for Xinjiang aid projects and sports work. Based on the improvement of the construction of sports facilities, the holding of various events and activities, and the driving force of reform and innovation, Liu Wenyan has made every effort and selfless dedication in business guidance, talent training, scenic spot creation, rural tourism development, and cultural and tourism integration, and strives to promote the orderly development of mass sports, competitive sports, and youth sports.
With the joint efforts of other sports workers in Heshuo County, Comrade Liu Wenyan has successively held various sports activities such as ice and snow entertainment activities, square dances, aerobics competitions, football matches, basketball matches, table tennis matches, badminton matches, traditional sports games for farmers and herdsmen, and the National New Year Climbing Fitness Conference.
In June 2023, Comrade Liu Wenyan won the title of "Outstanding Worker of the Autonomous Region" in the mass exhibition of the 14th Autonomous Region Games hosted by Heshuo County. As a member of the organizing committee office, when her daughter came to see her from thousands of miles away, she was busy preparing for the event, completing the compilation of the event order book, sorting out the competition supplies, and had no time to go to the station to pick her up.
In order to let more people know about Xinjiang, Bazhou, and Pegatron, she took "tourism prosperity" as an important starting point to further enhance the media exposure, industry influence and public perception of the cultural tourism brand of "Exploring Ancient Ruins and Visiting Bosten Lake", and made a lot of video promotion for Bazhou on airports, LCD and other media platforms in key tourist source cities across the country. At the same time, relying on the autonomous region's activities such as "Xinjiang people visiting Xinjiang" and "traveling to Xinjiang by train", publicity will be carried out at Urumqi (high-speed railway) station, the largest comprehensive transportation hub and passenger transport distribution center in Xinjiang, and the publicity and promotion of "attracting tourists to Ba" will be carried out. In order to improve the service quality of Pegatron tourism and support the development of the rural tourism industry, she actively strives for Xinjiang aid funds, and purchases rural tourism environmental protection sightseeing battery cars, mobile markets and other facilities to provide convenience for the masses to visit scenic spots.
Comrade Liu Wenyan will always keep in mind his work responsibilities and missions, and in the future work, he will continue to show the image and demeanor of Zhangjiakou cultural and tourism cadres.
