As Magnus Renfrew, co-founder and co-director of Taipei Dangdai, explains, "Taiwan will continue to strengthen its position as a leading market leader in the Asia-Pacific region as galleries and collectors turn their attention to Asia, with a solid art collector and a stable support for the art and cultural ecosystem, which will enable Taiwan to serve as a hub for exploring the region's best artworks." We are very pleased to see that galleries and museums across Taiwan will also hold important annual exhibitions before and after the exhibition period, which I believe also indirectly illustrates the important influence of Taipei Dangdai on Taiwan's art scene. ”
