On April 24, the ninth China Aerospace Day, the Fourth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology held a flag-raising ceremony and a cultural activity with the theme of Aerospace Day, launched the warm-up display of cultural achievements with the theme of "I and the Centennial Fourth Academy", awarded flags to 13 major key task commandos of the whole hospital, carried out the "major task to succeed" pledge mobilization, and carried out a series of interesting interactive activities such as aerospace achievement stamp punching and taking pictures, so as to further guide the cadres and employees of the whole hospital to keep in mind the mission of aerospace power, adhere to the concept of value creation, and strive for the successful completion of various tasks. Forge ahead on the new journey of building a space power, gather wisdom and strength, and make new achievements.
After the main event, the Fourth Academy held the Yangnan Biological Products Donation Ceremony and the Unveiling Ceremony of the Shaanxi Provincial Youth Education Base. At the ceremony, Zhang Yanping, the wife of Yang Nansheng, an aerospace expert, academician of the International Academy of Astronautics, and vice president of the Fourth Branch of the Fifth Academy of National Defense (the Fourth Academy of Astronautics), presented some of the items with treasured significance during his lifetime and the medal of meritorious figures for the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the aerospace solid power industry to the Fourth Academy, and shared the touching past of Mr. Yang Nansheng's lifelong struggle for the development of solid power in the Fourth Academy. In order to further inherit and carry forward the spirit of aerospace, the exhibition hall of the four academies was awarded the title of "Shaanxi Youth Education Base" by the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League.
In the past few days, the four institutes and various units have carefully planned a series of activities in various forms around the theme of "Extreme Eyes and Chutian, Together". In order to better promote the spirit of aerospace, popularize aerospace knowledge, and stimulate enthusiasm for aerospace, the Fourth Academy of Sciences opened the Aerospace Solid Power Exhibition Hall during the Aerospace Day, providing the public, especially young people, with the opportunity to experience the achievements of aerospace up close. The various aerospace models, physical exhibits and precious historical photos displayed in the exhibition hall have attracted a group of young students to come and let them experience the glory and greatness of China's aerospace industry. The young scientific and technological workers of the four institutes also incarnated as popular science to explain the "Hang Xiaotian" and "Hang Xiao Dream", and walked into the campus one after another, bringing a number of vivid lectures on aerospace science knowledge to the teachers and students of many primary and secondary school students.
