On December 26, the former Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Museum, located at No. 1 Nanmen Street on the east side of Jinan Quancheng Square, began to install construction fences around it, and the construction personnel welded the steel frame on site to prepare for the upcoming renovation of the venue.
The old site of the Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Museum will be closed from December 1, 2022, and the whole will be relocated to the new museum on Rizhao Road. After more than a year of waiting, the renovation of the old museum is about to begin, and it will be transformed into a new art exhibition hall.
