　　Recently, CNMO learned that Apple's official website in the United States has increased the maximum recycling price of old mobile phones in its Trade In program, but this discount is limited to before June 3.

　　Apple's Trade In program provides an easy way for users to trade in their old iPhone for a new one at a discount. Although this is not always the most economical option, it is undoubtedly a good option in terms of convenience. From now until June 3, Apple has made a small increase in the recycling price of iPhone 11 and later models.

　　Specifically, the increase in recycling prices is not large, but it does bring some additional value to users. It ranges from an additional $10 (about 70 yuan) for the iPhone SE (3rd generation) to an additional $30 (about 210 yuan) for the iPhone 13 mini. However, given that the future of the iPhone mini is still uncertain, if you have a soft spot for this model, it might be a wise choice to keep it.

　　It is important to note that the prices listed in the table below are only "estimated recovery value" and the actual amount will depend on the actual condition of your phone. For a more accurate recycling value, it is recommended that you visit Apple's official Trade In page and fill out a questionnaire about your phone's storage, serial number, and other related questions.

　　Once your trade-in transaction is confirmed, you can choose to have your old phone mailed to Apple or delivered to an Apple retail store in person. Apple will evaluate your old phone and refurbish it for sale or recycle it according to its condition.

　　A recent Bloomberg report noted that Apple's recycling process has historically had some problems. But Apple said its recycling process has improved significantly since the 2020 lawsuit, and an Apple spokesperson said, "We are exploring innovative new ways to recycle valuable materials inside."
