In order to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, thoroughly study and implement the idea of the rule of law and traffic and highway laws and regulations, and focus on the safety production of highway employees, on the afternoon of May 15, Yancheng Highway Development Center and Dongtai Highway Development Center carried out a joint publicity activity for law popularization.
Activity 1: Entering the work area
A group of 11 people, including the Laws and Regulations Section of the Yancheng Highway Development Center and the Dongtai Highway Development Center's Law Popularization Volunteer Service Team, walked into the Liangduo Work Area of the Dongtai Highway Development Center to carry out legal publicity.
At the event site, the maintenance workers in the work area learned about the various problems encountered in their daily work, and explained them in combination with the Civil Code, Highway Safety Protection Regulations and other relevant laws and regulations. At the same time, he preached the deeds of "great laborers" Jiangsu craftsmen, vigorously promoted the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsman spirit, and expanded social influence.
Activity 2: Enter the construction site
Next, the group came to the project department and construction site of the east and west section of Provincial Highway 352 to carry out rule of law propaganda activities, aiming to further enhance the awareness of safety production responsibility of the participating units, prevent and resolve major safety production risks from the source, tighten the production "safety string", and build a safe "protective net".
During the activity, the main responsibility of the participating units for safety production combined with the "Civil Code", "Jiangsu Provincial Highway Regulations" and other relevant laws and regulations were explained and counseled in simple terms for the staff of the participating units, warning everyone to overcome paralysis and luck psychology, establish a firm concept of safety development, strengthen bottom-line thinking, and compact safety responsibilities.
