In order to enhance the students' self-confidence and cohesion, optimize their psychological quality, reduce stress and relax, and cultivate a positive attitude, one week before the end of the semester, the psychology teacher took the students to carry out the psychological group support activity of "hand in hand, heart to heart". During the activity, the students devoted themselves to the game activities, supported and helped each other, cooperated tacitly, and achieved self-growth, unity and mutual assistance in the group.

(3) "Voice of the Heart" broadcast

In order to improve the students' psychological adaptation and adjustment ability, the school brought a "Voice of the Heart" final broadcast for the students, guiding the students to correct their anxious emotional state, take a correct view of the final review, and strive to adjust their mentality and methods, so as to be a learning expert.

(4) Relieve worries and tree holes in the soul

In order to help students study under pressure at the end of the semester, relax their tense thoughts, and improve their learning results, the school launched the "Tree Hole in the Soul" activity in early January 2024 to provide a "window" for students to confide. In the counseling room, everyone recorded their feelings, confided their secrets, told their worries, and shared their joys. Psychology teachers strive to answer the worries of students, so that students can regain confidence in warmth and care, be more optimistic in life, and create a positive, healthy and harmonious campus atmosphere.
