Under the warm spring sun, a special mental health education activity entered the campus, like a warm spring breeze blowing through the Evenki autonomous flag. On April 12, the theme practice activity of "Sunshine Thousands of Miles, Growth and Kindness" sponsored by the Hulunbuir Civilization Office and undertaken by the Hulunbuir Mental Health Counseling Station for Minors outside the school brought a spiritual baptism and enlightenment for the teachers and students of our banner.
At the event, Lu Yanbo, president of the Hulunbuir Institute of Modern Social Psychology and director of the Hulunbuir Off-campus Mental Health Counseling Station for Minors, brought a mental health education skills training on "accompanying with heart and guarding with love" to the vice principals of moral education, mental health teachers and volunteers of primary and secondary schools in Qinei. Guided by a wealth of cases, she analyzed the new characteristics, causes and diagnostic criteria of minors' psychological problems in simple terms, and provided the educators present with a key to unlock the children's spiritual world.
During the event, students also explored the mysteries of mental health through knowledge sharing and interactive Q&A. Guide students to realize the importance of mental health, learn to regulate their emotions reasonably, and face challenges in study and life with a positive attitude.

Mental health is an important part of adolescent development. The purpose of the activity is to escort the healthy growth of minors, further broaden the work horizons of the mental health education team for minors, strengthen professional capacity, promote the standardized construction of mental health counseling sites for minors inside and outside schools, improve the level of mental health services, increase the mental health index of minors, and lay a solid foundation for cultivating builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor.
