From April 8th to 10th, Ziyang Middle School in Longhui County used the time to watch "News Network" every day to carry out a series of lectures on girls' mental health education with the theme of "Decoding Adolescence and Striving to Be a Sunshine Girl" in the large conference room of the school. This lecture aims to help all girls in the school better understand and pay attention to their physical and mental health, master the corresponding methods and skills, and help youth growth.
This lecture was delivered by the counselor of the psychological counseling room of Ziyang Middle School. With the theme of "decoding adolescence and growing up healthy and happy", they discussed with the girls from three aspects: "exploring the physical code, exploring the psychological code, and exploring the security code". The tutors introduced the physiological manifestations and precautions of adolescent girls to the adolescent girls in a simple way. Four common psychological phenomena in adolescence, such as inferiority complex, rebellious psychology, early love psychology, and school boredom, were explained. Through vivid cases and easy-to-understand language, girls are guided to have self-esteem, self-confidence, self-love, and learn to protect themselves and prevent sexual assault.
In the future, the school will continue to implement adolescent health education through various forms and channels to escort the health and safety of students.
