On the morning of May 15, the Civilization Office of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Youth League Committee, and the Municipal Health Commission, together with the Municipal 12355 Youth Service Desk and the Municipal Mental Health Counseling Center for Minors, launched a mental health education coffee salon activity in the Ezhou Youth Home-Xinhua Bookstore.
This issue of the salon focuses on the current hot and difficult issues of adolescents, and exchanges the current situation and scientific coping strategies of adolescent mental health through case studies and other aspects of adolescent psychological crisis intervention, stress and emotion management, and the establishment of positive interpersonal relationships. With the aroma of coffee, everyone unloaded their guards, trusted each other, communicated with each other, and the atmosphere of the event was relaxed and pleasant. The tutor expressed the hope that there will be opportunities to participate in such activities to solve problems and relieve the hearts of more people.
