First of all, Yu Xiaoyun, head of the psychological counseling group of Jin'an District Youth Mental Health Education Center and national second-level psychological counselor, gave a special lecture entitled "Discussion on Psychological Crisis Identification and Intervention Strategies for Primary and Secondary School Students". The concept of adolescent psychological crisis is elaborated and it is pointed out that a variety of causes and events can trigger such a crisis. Ms. Yu emphasized how to identify psychological crises, including physiological, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral signals. Everyday observation is crucial in terms of identification methods. At the same time, the identification path is clarified, such as teachers should pay attention, students should help each other, strengthen psychological education, realize home-school interconnection, and conduct assessment and screening. It is necessary to pay attention to high-risk factors, be vigilant against sensitive time periods, and pay special attention to key students. Establishing a good teacher-student relationship and building a psychological support system are also key links, and home-school cooperation is essential to deal with it together. For suicide and self-harm, the three principles should be followed, that is, no denial, no preaching, and no stimulation. In addition, self-awareness and self-care should not be neglected.

Through careful observation and in-depth communication with students, I learned that students in different grades have different characteristics and needs. In practice, student stage goals are set for each grade level and implemented into daily class management. For Grade 7 students, we focus on habit formation and interest formation, and guide them to actively participate in class affairs through fun activities. In the eighth grade, emphasis is placed on the accumulation of knowledge and the improvement of ability, attention is paid to the changes of adolescence, and various learning groups and competitions are organized to stimulate their learning motivation; In the ninth grade, the focus is on goal-oriented and motivational education to motivate students to learn. Through a series of efforts, the results of education have been remarkable. The students of the "Yuanmeng Class" have not only achieved excellent academic results, but also demonstrated excellent quality in terms of morality and social interaction. In the class management, the wisdom and love were shown, and those ingenious methods and touching stories made everyone have a deeper understanding and perception of the work of the class teacher.
