The pre-school psychology teaching and research group of Lixia District walked into the Dongguan Garden of Qiran Preschool Education Group to carry out special children's follow-up observation and guidance teaching and research activities. This event invited Professor Gu Jiyou of the School of Preschool Education of the Faculty of Education of Shandong Normal University and Wang Wen and Bo Tongjiao of Jinan Preschool Normal College as guidance experts, Dong Mei, deputy director of the Department of Mental Health Education and Preschool Education of Jinan Lixia District Education and Teaching Research Center, and teachers of Qiran Preschool Education Group participated in this activity, and 11 business directors and backbone teachers from kindergartens in Qihe County, Dezhou City participated in this activity.
The teachers presented the three cases from the aspects of children's basic situation, children's behavior response in kindergarten and family of origin. Real cases of young children, active teacher help, for children with special needs, to take the first step in life, kindergarten is crucial.
Starting from the real case just now, the teachers had a heated discussion on whether the teacher's strategy was appropriate and whether the direction was correct based on the actual situation of the child, and at the same time discussed whether the child had better and more effective intervention methods and strategies, and finally the teachers displayed and shared the results of the discussion in the form of "group posters".
This teaching and research activity has built a platform for learning and communication for the teachers of the whole district and the kindergartens, and everyone has strengthened the awareness of mental health and improved the level of mental health education in the observation and discussion, which will provide a stronger guarantee for the all-round development of children.
