On April 18, 2024, at the invitation of the Pingding County Customs Working Committee, the Youth Mental Health Promotion Center of the Yangquan Municipal Customs Working Committee held a special lecture on the theme of "Resolutely Say 'No' to Campus Violence" at Nanao Middle School in Pingding County, thus opening the prelude to the 2024 Yangquan Municipal Customs Working Committee's mental health promotion "school-family-community collaborative education" action. Cui Xiaoqin gave a special lecture entitled "Promoting Adolescent Mental Health and Jointly Safeguarding a Better Future", focusing on the theme of "resolutely saying 'no' to school violence", through the introduction of situations, the definition of school violence (school bullying), the types of school violence (such as behavioral violence, verbal violence, psychological violence, cyber violence, etc.), school violence cases, measures to be taken when encountering school violence, student role-playing activities that refuse school violence, how to avoid school violence discussions, and methods to prevent school violence section and interact with students. In particular, the student role-play activities allow students to have an immersive experience and feel how to protect themselves and their peers if they encounter school violence. Finally, the event culminated in a joint pledge: "We should not be cruel perpetrators, we should not be cold observers, and we should not be silent victims!"

He admonished young people not to cause trouble in their daily study and life, but not to be afraid of trouble, to correctly handle campus contradictions, to keep the bottom line, to establish lofty ideals, and to be healthy teenagers who grow up physically and mentally.

Hao Jun conveyed the spirit of Shanxi Province's instructions on strengthening students' mental health education in the new era, affirmed the achievements of Nanao Middle School in mental health education over the years, and put forward new requirements for future education and teaching, especially mental health education.
