In the early spring, walking into the Xinglongtai Oil Production Plant of PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield, the "well" color of the integration of the city and the well station came into view, and a beautiful picture of harmonious coexistence between man and nature slowly unfolded in the Baili Oil Area.

In recent years, the plant has broken the traditional high-energy consumption production model and pressed the fast-forward button of "green and low-carbon oil development" construction, and has built a total of 19.69 megawatts of photovoltaic power, 29.1 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity, and 129,500 tons of carbon dioxide.

Solving the Problem - Deep Ploughing the "Test Field" of Double 229 CCUS Projects

In recent years, the plant has been deeply engaged in CCUS pilot experimental projects in double 229 blocks. The technicians crossed the river by feeling the "stones" and solved a number of injection problems, so that the project could be smoothly promoted.

In view of the problem of carbon dioxide gas channeling, the project personnel have repeatedly discussed and demonstrated, and adopted the method of alternating the injection of carbon dioxide and water with small displacement, and the injection pressure has been increased from the previous 19 megapascals to 24 megapascals, the gas channeling problem has been controlled, and the water absorption profile has been effectively improved.

At present, the plant has implemented 6 injections and 20 injections of new wells for two 229 CCUS, and simultaneously completed the injection-production adjustment of 12 injections and 34 productions in the expansion area.

Demonstration - Construct a new pattern of "multi-energy complementary" green development

Since last year, the plant has replaced "fitness" with demonstration to promote cleanliness, built a new pattern of multi-energy complementary green development, and realized the deep integration of photovoltaic, solar thermal, air energy, microgrid, and energy storage technologies, providing a new way to promote green and efficient energy utilization.

Xing 60 station was successfully put into operation "air source heat pump + energy storage water tank", the plant adopted cutting-edge technologies such as lightweight and flexible photovoltaic rooftops, charging piles, energy storage, and EMS energy management platforms for the first time to achieve 100% consumption of office electricity, and the first photovoltaic fence project was built at the double 229-35-53 well site, with an installed capacity of 41.43 kilowatts, to realize the utilization of green electricity at the well site and eliminate the risk of land encroachment.

Low-consumption development - establish a multi-level and multi-system energy efficiency benchmarking system

In 2023, compared with the early stage of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the plant will reduce standard coal by 07,800 tons and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 22,800 tons in 2023.

At the same time, aiming at the "targeted" policy of high-energy-consuming projects, the plant implemented special rectification activities for the balance of the machine-mining system and carried out the heating furnace efficiency improvement project. In the first quarter of this year, the comprehensive energy consumption of the plant completed 14,916.08 tons of standard coal, 27.15% of the target quota, a year-on-year decrease of 8.05%.
