Since 2017, 5 kindergartens have been built, renovated and expanded in the Evenki Autonomous Banner, and qualified kindergartens are encouraged to enroll children aged 2-3. At the same time, it is planned to build a new public kindergarten in Sumu in the west of the Sini River, so as to realize that each Sumu township has "at least one public central park", which will fully meet the needs of 2-6-year-old school-age children in the next 5 years.

Universal upper secondary education
Formulate and introduce the "Implementation Plan for the Improvement of Ordinary High Schools in the County of the Evenki Autonomous Banner", hold a three-year plan to promote the development and improvement of ordinary high schools, and hold training courses on the comprehensive reform of the new curriculum and the new college entrance examination for ordinary high schools, so as to discover shortcomings and deficiencies in a timely manner, comprehensively improve the teaching ability of teachers, and provide a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of the college entrance examination reform.
Develop vocational education with special characteristics
Strive to create high-quality vocational schools and high-quality majors, open 9 long-term majors such as animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, equestrian and computer application technology in Qi Vocational High School, and add 2 majors in aviation services and drones in 2023, and use the "3+2" and "3+2+2" forms to jointly run schools, explore and practice the training model of "school-enterprise cooperation professional teaching + enterprise internship + entry", and promote the integration of production and education. Every year, various types of free vocational skills training are carried out for farmers and herdsmen, groups with employment difficulties, people from zero-employment families, retired soldiers, and rural revitalization talents, so as to meet the needs of economic and social development for multi-level talents and labor, further improve the modern national education system, provide high-quality education services, accelerate the process of urban-rural integration, and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.
