【Party Discipline Learning and Education】One lesson a day | What are the provisions of the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China on the punishment of interfering with the work of inspections and inspections?

The Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China stipulate that interfering with the work of inspections and inspections or failing to implement the requirements for rectification of inspections and inspections is a violation of political discipline, and those directly responsible and those with leadership responsibility will be punished accordingly depending on the severity of the circumstances. where the circumstances are relatively minor, they are to be given a warning or serious warning; where the circumstances are more serious, they are to be removed from internal Party positions or placed on Party probation; and if the circumstances are serious, they are to be expelled from the Party.

Inspection is an important duty entrusted by the Party Constitution, an important measure to strengthen Party building, an important means to strictly govern the Party and maintain Party discipline, and an important form of strengthening intra-Party supervision. No department, any unit, or person is allowed to interfere with the inspection work in any form or fail to implement the inspection and rectification requirements.

However, during the inspection and inspection work, it was found that some party members and cadres in the inspected areas (units) were afraid that their violations of discipline and law would be discovered, and tried every means not to cooperate with or interfere with the inspection and inspection work. The relevant circumstances in the "Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Inspection Work" are: some conceal and fail to report or deliberately provide false information to the inspection team; some refuse or fail to provide relevant documents and materials to the inspection team as required; some instruct or force relevant units or personnel to interfere with or obstruct inspection work, or falsely accuse or frame others; and some even threaten, attack, retaliate, and frame cadres and people who report problems. Some party members and cadres in the inspected areas (units) have not organized and led the inspection and rectification effectively, and the implementation of the inspection and rectification requirements is not in place, and the response is perfunctory and false.

In order to seriously deal with the above-mentioned related issues, the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China are connected with the provisions of the Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Inspection Work, and strict disciplinary actions are used as a means to ensure the implementation of the inspection system and requirements, and promote the role of the sword of inspection and inspection.

In addition, the newly revised Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China also stipulate in work discipline that those who leak, disseminate, probe, or steal Party organizations' undisclosed matters such as inspections and inspections, or other content that should be kept confidential, shall be punished accordingly according to the severity of the circumstances.
