I like to eat fruits, whole grains, eggs in the morning. Lately there have been cherries, blueberries and avocados in the mornings.

In the morning, it is common to eat a combination of several fruits, plus boiled corn and eggs. Or make multigrain soup, oatmeal, steamed sweet potatoes or roasted sweet potatoes with pastries. Occasionally, noodles are added, but eggs and lots of vegetables are added. In the summer, I like to make fruit salads with yogurt and fruits.

I usually drink soy milk in the morning. I don't like to drink milk very much, and my stomach is a little uncomfortable with milk. Fruit and eggs are standard for breakfast. The motivation to wake up early is to make yourself a delicious breakfast.
