The 2023 Aba Prefecture Culture and Tourism and All-for-One Tourism Development Conference will be held on October 28 at the Visitor Center of Cailin Park Tourist Area in Nizigou, Heishui County. The conference will focus on the theme of "Panda Homeland, Pure Land Aba, Holy Glacier, Colorful Black Water", promote the practice path of the eight empowerment fields of the cultural industry, stimulate the vitality of local culture, expand and enrich the rural tourism industry, and promote the integrated development of the rural cultural tourism industry.
