The hollowing out of the rural areas has also increased idle resources! Is the homestead land withdrawn for compensation? Are the peasants willing to participate?

In the past decade or two, with the acceleration of the pace of urbanization development and construction on the mainland, the phenomenon of rural hollowing out and continuous population loss has become increasingly serious.

The once vibrant fields and countryside are now withering. Young people from most villages have flocked to the cities to work and study, leaving the "old, weak, sick and disabled" to watch over the land that is gradually falling silent. The loss of population has also led to a large number of rural farmhouses and homesteads being idle.

Against this backdrop, the mainland has also implemented a series of measures in recent years, not only improving the policy of revitalizing idle rural homesteads and farmhouses, but also allowing all localities to formulate a paid withdrawal mechanism for homesteads according to the situation. In addition, some localities have also issued measures to encourage farmers to buy houses in the city, and to compensate the village according to the area to quit the homestead land in accordance with the law.

So, now, some places have also begun to explore the system of buying a house in the city and paying for the withdrawal of homesteads, if it is you, are you willing to participate?

The hollowing out of the rural areas has also increased idle resources! Is the homestead land withdrawn for compensation? Are the peasants willing to participate?

Not long ago, I saw a notice related to the management of homesteads on the public notice board in the village, we stipulate that the usable area of the homestead shall not exceed 120 square meters, and also strictly implement the policy of one household and one house, and also proposed that the villagers who settle in the city can voluntarily withdraw from the homestead in accordance with the law, and those who buy a house can also be given compensation for the purchase of the house, and the compensation standard will be given according to the area.

And just after the release of this policy pilot, the villagers also had a lot of discussions. Some villagers think that those who have settled in the city can choose to quit, after all, the house in their hometown is not permanent, and the homestead is not used, and the withdrawal can still meet the needs of the villagers for building land.

In addition, some villages believe that the compensation for withdrawal is not reasonable at all, and even if they get the compensation here, they will suffer a loss, because subsequent policy changes will increase the value of the homestead, and it is not cost-effective to withdraw this time, so it is better to keep it and choose whether to participate after the policy changes.

Personally, I believe that villagers should choose to quit the homestead with compensation, and must make a choice according to actual needs and future life planning. It's not just about money, it's about family and future. It would be unwise to do so if it was only for money. Buying a house in the city not only has to bear the loan, but at the same time, the homestead subsidy you get is not enough to meet the down payment. The future life is also unknown, and once you quit, there is basically no way back.

Because quitting also means that you have given up the homestead on your own initiative, even if you get the so-called housing purchase subsidy, it is very difficult to apply for a homestead when you return to the village for development in the future, and you don't even have a place to live in the end.

Besides, now the mainland has been figuring out the base of the homestead, and will establish a homestead information platform in the future, once the ownership changes or involves withdrawal, then it also means that they once had a homestead in their hands, and according to the regulations of one household and one house, it is impossible to continue to apply for homestead in the village.

In addition, according to local regulations, if a villager rents, sells or donates a homestead, he or she is also not allowed to apply for another homestead in the village.

Of course, although the current homestead paid withdrawal system is only a pilot policy, some localities have bundled the homestead withdrawal in order to encourage farmers to buy houses in the city. Before choosing whether to participate in the pilot, farmers should also make arrangements according to their actual situation.

If the area of compensation is reasonable, and everyone has no demand for farmhouses and homesteads, then you can choose to withdraw, and if you think it is not cost-effective, you still have to make another plan. Don't blindly follow the herd.

What do you think about this? If it were you, would you be willing to participate? How much will you be compensated for quitting the homestead? Let's talk about it.
