"In the past, the traditional PHEV had a big problem, its pure electric endurance was generally only more than 50 kilometers, and it did not meet the use of the city very well. Li Xiang explained that through the survey of urban users, it was found that if the pure electric mileage can exceed 150 kilometers, it can cover all mainstream large cities in the world, so that users can drive with pure electricity in the city.

The ideal ONE pure electric mileage reaches 188 kilometers, which can meet the needs of most urban users. Judging from the sales data, this product strategy has also been highly recognized by the market and users: in 2021, the delivery volume of the ideal ONE reached 90,419 units, an increase of 177.4% year-on-year, ranking first in China's medium and large SUV sales; by the end of February 2022, the total delivery volume of the ideal ONE has reached 144,770 vehicles. Li Xiang: Strive to reduce carbon emissions in vehicle cities by more than 90%.

For the extended range electric technology, some people also questioned: is the extended range electric vehicle to cater to the "compromise line" of users without charging conditions? How meaningful is it to reduce carbon emissions?

In this regard, Li xiang said that 70% of ideal users have installed home charging piles, and more than 90% have fixed charging conditions. The actual results of the past two years of operation show that in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, the proportion of pure electric mileage of ideal car owners has reached an average of 70%, and the proportion of pure electric driving time has exceeded 80%. This makes the extended range electric truly realize the "city electricity".
