1. The increase in electrified PCB mainly comes from the electronic control system and FPC instead of the traditional battery wiring harness

BMS has relatively high requirements for PCB boards, and more multilayer boards with better stability bring about a large PCB increment. 2) MCU: The core power electronic unit unique to new energy vehicles, by receiving the VCU's vehicle driving control instructions, controls the motor to output the specified torque and speed, and drives the vehicle to drive. Taping further enhances FPC profitability. In general, most of the hard boards sold by PCB manufacturers to the downstream are empty boards. When selling FPCs, they will hit pieces on FPCs, and hitting pieces has become a trend for car FPCs. Therefore, in addition to the profit generated by the sale of FPC itself, it will also generate a certain profit due to the beating of parts, which further enhances the profitability of FPC.

2. The intelligent PCB increment mainly comes from ADAS and intelligent cockpit

ADAS: From the perspective of penetration rate, 2022 will be a window period for L2 to L3 to leapfrog, driving the rise of the entire intelligent car industry chain. At present, the vehicle penetration rate of L2 level has entered a rapid development stage of 20-50%, and the automatic driving function of L2 level will gradually become the standard of high-end models. Millimeter-wave radar has a high PCB value due to the use of high-frequency plates. PCB accounted for about 16% of the cost of millimeter-wave radar, the price of a single millimeter-wave radar is about 300-500 yuan, the current mainstream models equipped with millimeter-wave radar number of about 3-5, it is expected that the millimeter wave radar part will bring PCB increase of 250 yuan, and will increase with the increase in millimeter wave radar usage.
