On May 9, Great Wall Motor Co., Ltd. released the production and sales data for April 2022. From January to April this year, Great Wall Motor sold a total of 337,277 units, 53,777 units in April, and 7,733 units overseas.
Affected by the domestic epidemic, the supply chain, logistics and other aspects of the restrictions, production, sales have been affected, is expected to improve significantly in May.
In April, haval brand sales of 29,125 units, Euler brand sales of 3,088 units, Wei brand sales of 2,293 units, tank brand sales of 6,065 units, Great Wall pickup sales of 13,206 units.
Compared with sales, the improvement of the quality of Great Wall Motors is impressive. The proportion of sales of high-value and intelligent products has continued to increase, with models of more than 150,000 yuan accounting for 18.7%, models based on lemon, tank and coffee intelligent three major technology brands accounting for 66.2% of sales, and intelligent models accounting for 89%.
At the same time, Great Wall Motors' scientific and technological achievements have been continuously recognized by all parties. Weipai Mocha won the only award of the third China Intelligent Automobile "Horizon Cup" - the annual intelligent model; the Tank 300 won the "Best Intelligent Driving" award at the China Automobile Festival hosted by the Central Radio and Television Corporation.

According to the data released by the global auto patent big data platform, the number of auto patent disclosures in China will maintain a steady growth trend in 2021. On the list of global automotive patent big data platforms, Great Wall Motor's patent disclosure reached 3710 and patent authorization reached 3256, ranking first among China's private car companies; in the field of new energy vehicles, the number of patents disclosed and authorized were 1301 and 914, ranking first among Chinese car companies.
