On the vehicle problem, the Changan Automobile Tianhe 4S store located in Sanqiao, Xi'an City, gave the owner two plans after the incident: first, continue to repair the car, change the brake pump, and the maintenance manager in the store privately compensated 1,000 yuan; second, the car can be returned and replaced, but the owner needs to bear the loan liquidated damages and loss fees.
At present, the owner's appeal has changed from the initial return and replacement of the car to the agreement to continue maintenance in the store. As for the invoice issue, the owner has provided a record of his purchase and payment, and the store has not yet responded.
